Faith: A “Moral Safeguard”?

(From Pray4SouthAsia.com) Even in places, that are currently quite overtly secular, people still seem to intuitively hold on to the belief that religion is a moral safeguard.  For atheists, morality is subjective, in that morality can be defined by people themselves based on what they think is right or wrong.  They believe that morality is entirely  possible without God and that one doesn’t need religion to live moral lives.

-Pray that atheists comprehend that we receive our understanding of right and wrong from God, not from ourselves.

-Pray for the Spirit’s conviction that human morality does not save.

-Pray God’s love to become so real in their lives that they may let go of their pride and surrender to Jesus and the grace He offers.
